Docker logs on RPI touchscreen

Say you have one of those really nice Adafruit touchscreens sitting on your openag_brain running Raspberry Pi and you’re using the docker install. Well no screensaver for you!

If you’ve already gone through the effort to install the Adafruit touchscreen drivers and you’re looking at a login prompt all day then these instructions are for you!

The unfortunate downside of having a live docker tail running on your screen is every time you log into your PI you’ll have to ctrl-c to get to a command prompt.

Still, it’s better than looking at a login prompt all day!
